GUARD YOUR HEART!!! There seems to be such an alarming focus most preachers take with this verse. What gets in you will come out of you so BEWARE!!!
Isaiah 9 is one of those portions of Scripture that is so significant we need to rehearse it, read it, meditate on key words from the text and evaluate it from various perspectives. This month of December we are looking at 4 perspectives as revealed in the 4 Gospels as we look into this important revelation of Christ.
Have you ever read over a portion of Scripture and sensed something deeply significant about the passage? Sometimes when I sense this I rehearse the passage over and over by reading it, memorizing it, meditating on key words or phrases and pausing at different places as I look over the text. This is what I want to do as a church family over the next four weeks together in the Word. As Christmas approaches the very famous passage of the Bible in Isaiah will be central in many churches.
There are good things about emotions. There are bad things about emotions. People go to therapy and Anger Management classes over emotions. Many of us suppress emotions because of trauma we’ve been through. We could have an all day seminar about emotions.

A tennis racket in my hands is probably only good for a self-inflicted wound but in Serena William's hands and it produced $27 million last year. Who owns or controls a product or object greatly affects what value it has and how it is used.
Military planners require an environment of air superiority as a necessity for successful military campaigns. The highest level of Air Power, Air supremacy, allows ground forces to be most effective. Air power is a very important element of warfare. In Spiritual warfare, prayer is taking control of the air space so the ground troops can be effective.
Some people can hold their breath longer than others. It always starts the same with an amused curiosity wondering how long you might be able to hold your breath. Not long into the challenge you find yourself coming to the realization that it won’t be long before you are needing a fresh, new breath to fill your lungs and contribute oxygen to your bloodstream.
