So many sincere leaders are striving to build great churches and businesses according to successful principles. As we have been building our new buildings this year it has caused me to rethink our building objectives in many ways. Our goal must be to build people rather than buildings. If we work at building great people according to the deposits God has made in us the result will be a strong church with a clear identity.

There is only one Lakewood. There’s only one Saddleback. There’s only one Potter’s House. Successful church models all lack the same thing; the ability to produce other churches with their same distinct success. Jesus claims the only right to build the church and He does so on revelation. Come experience tools to help you clearly identify who you are, what you should be accomplishing and how you can effectively help others achieve their destiny. This is the mission of the church!
